The Charter Trust champions flexible working, and this is recognised through our designation as a FWAMS. We will provide practical support to participant schools to enable implementation and maintenance of good practice and to increase understanding of flexible working arrangements to promote a lasting culture of change.

Flexible working policies are embedded in all schools in our Trust, and we host the findyourflex platform, a treasure trove of advice for staff considering flexible working and schools working out how best to support them.
