The programme offers high-quality, relevant learning for global majority teachers. Participants attend a two-day residential event, hear from a diverse range of successful leaders from within and beyond education, receive support to analyse structured feedback, receive one-to-one coaching, and have the opportunity to shadow experienced headteachers. Session themes are delivered across a series of twilights helping participants to define their vision and values as educators and set themselves up for future success.
